In Thursday’s issue of her “On the JLo” newsletter, Jennifer Lopez shared a slew of new photos from her and Ben Affleck’s big August wedding weekend in Georgia — including a first look at the couple’s post-“I do” brunch.
For the blue-and-white-themed episode affair, the 53-year-old bride wore a strapless striped dress teamed with a beige ranch hat and matching platform sandals, the latter of which she showed through the thigh-high slit of her dress.
Affleck, 50, looked smart in a light-colored vest and pleated trousers over a white shirt, skipping the tie for a more relaxed vibe.
It’s unclear if the pair’s chic looks were provided by Ralph Lauren, who dressed them for their wedding ceremony and reception.
The American designer provided Lopez with no fewer than three different dresses for her big day, including a short-sleeved turtleneck top covered in ruffles and a flapper-esque gown dripping with pearls and crystals.
“I wanted each day to have its own personality, but fit the setting we were in this weekend: the vibe was down-home, rustic, country-chic,” Lopez wrote in her newsletter.
Her brunch setup included toile tablecloths, blue plates and glassware, “JB” monogrammed napkins, white flowers with lots of greenery, and a plethora of tasty-looking pastries and tea sandwiches.
The Sunday brunch was a much more casual affair than the over-the-top Saturday wedding, where guests including Affleck’s BFF Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel and Marc Cohn enjoyed a fireworks display and famed podcaster Jay Shetty was in charge.
