Meghan King called her plastic surgeon “an artist” when she showed the results of the double nose and breast surgeries she had earlier this month.
“Cat’s out of the bag,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum told her Instagram followers on Tuesday.
“I upgraded my nose and upgraded my chest after 10 years.”
Two days later, King spoke to US Weekly about how “natural” and “improved” she felt after surgeon Dr. Michael Nicole.
“I felt completely at ease…that’s what I wanted!” King gushed.
The 38-year-old reality star commented via social media that she was concerned before going under the knife over “look[ing] too different.”
“That’s where my anxiety is coming from now,” she said in a throwback video shot the morning of her appointment, noting that she feared her “breasts” would be “so big I look like I’m bigger.” am than I am.
“And I don’t want this to look like another person,” she said, gesturing to her nose.
A week after she left work, King was “shocked” to see the shape of her still swollen nose without a bandage.
“My nose was wider than it was originally,” she explained via social media. “You guys, I had a vasovagal reaction…I puked.”
The swelling quickly subsided and her nose looked noticeably thinner by the end of the day, King said, saying she was “overwhelmed by the difference after a few hours.”
King also posted an image of Squidward, the neighbor of the big-nosed squid from “SpongeBob Squarepants,” which read, “Another picture of my original nose.”
In July, King hinted in an Instagram post that she was considering getting her boobs done.
Captioning two bikini selfies, she wrote in part: “new 🍈 🍈 coming soon! Ten years and three babies and mommy wants to see a 👩🏻⚕️🔪.”
The plastic surgeries follow a tumultuous period in King’s personal life, with the co-host of the podcast “Intimate Knowledge” splitting from Joe Biden’s cousin Cuffe Owens in December 2021 after a stormy marriage.
King was previously married to Jim Edmonds and finalized her divorce from the former MLB player in May 2021. The former couple shares daughter Aspen (5) and twin sons Hart and Hayes (4).
