Savannah Guthrie has two houses to escape alleged ‘Today’ feud

Is it always sunny in the morning television world?

At least for Savannah Guthrie, there are real estate escapes where she can flee the alleged tension on the set of “Today” between her and co-host Hoda Kotb.

For example, earlier this month, Guthrie said she overslept — she arrived just 20 minutes before she was due to go live at 7am. But TV insiders said this was more than a silly faux pas. Instead, Guthrie, 50, deliberately slacked off to show NBC News “who’s the real boss,” according to Vidak For Congress.

The rumored feud between the two major television hosts reportedly stems from Guthrie seeing himself as the show’s main news anchor, although Kotb is more popular with viewers, Vidak For Congress added, creating “an underlying competitiveness” between the two.

On Tuesday, however, an insider told The Post that the rumors of the animosity between the two are false.

But what’s good is that Guthrie has two houses where she can kick her feet away from the spotlight.

The longtime NBC anchor lives in a roughly 3,700-square-foot home in New York’s affluent Tribeca while filming the show. And when they are free, Guthrie, her husband Michael Feldman and their children relax in the Hudson Valley town of Rhinebeck in the northern part of the state.

Manhattan Apartment – Tribeca: $7.1 Million

Guthrie and Feldman bought a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo in Tribeca in 2017 for $7.1 million. They upgraded to the 3,700-square-foot home after listing their 2,690-square-foot home in the same neighborhood that year.

A keyed-in elevator entrance opens into a foyer accented with bluestone and oak screen details, a previous listing of the house says. The great room offers 20 feet of city views and includes a wet bar and a SubZero refrigerator under the counter.

Meanwhile, the kitchen opens to the living and dining rooms and features a marble kitchen island and wine fridge.

The primary suite features a walk-in dressing room and bath with five fixtures, Carrara marble walls, soaking tub, rain shower head, and thermostatically controlled hand shower.

The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

New York State House – Rhinebeck: $2.7 Million

In 2014, Guthrie and Feldman, who married that year, donated $2.7 million for a five-bedroom, five-bathroom Hudson Valley estate overlooking the Catskills.

The estate covers 7,000 square meters and is 20 hectares in size.

The house, known as Moonstruck Ridge, was built in 2011.

High on a scenic ridge overlooking the mountains, it includes white oak floors, 10-foot ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a primary suite on the first floor, an artist’s studio, a gym, a large porch and four fire places.

It also features an expansive garden and swimming pool.

It is a 10-minute drive from Rhinebeck and two hours from New York City.

Guthrie often spoke about her time at home during the quarantine period at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

‘I’m home, I’m home. The reason is that my family lives up north,” she explained on an April 2020 episode of the NBC show. “So I stay close to the family and come to town less and less. I try to work from home and frankly this is what those officials tell us to do. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do.”

The house is worth about $4.5 million today.
