Bare chests were arguably the biggest red carpet trend at Sunday’s 2022 VMAs, with a handful of stars popping up in chest-focused getups that got everyone talking.
Brazilian megastar Anitta literally bared her heart in a corset crimson Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown cut low enough to reveal her entire left breast — which was covered in an intricate breastplate modeled after the blood-pumping organ.

Ironically, De Angelis aimed for this double standard during her red carpet interview earlier in the evening.
