Rocker Ozzy Osbourne loves being a grandpa and can’t wait for daughter Kelly Osbourne to welcome her first child.
“Kelly is big and she’s beautiful and I love it,” Osbourne, 73, told Entertainment Tonight while attending San Diego’s Comic Con Friday to reveal artwork for a comic book accompanying his new album, “Patient Number 9.” will go.
He also confirmed that Kelly is about six months pregnant.
“The first thing I’m going to buy is a microphone,” he said when asked what the baby’s first gift would be.
Kelly announced her pregnancy in May and revealed via social media that she was pregnant with boyfriend Sid Wilson of rock group Slipknot.
“I know I’ve been very quiet for the past few months so thought I’d share with you all why,” the former “Osbournes” star, 37, wrote an Instagram selfie with an ultrasound at the time.
She went on to write, “I’m over the moon to announce that I’m going to be a mommy. To say I’m happy doesn’t quite cut it. I’m ecstatic!”
Brother Jack Osbourne – who already has three children with ex-wife Lisa Stelly – is also expected to be with fiancé Aree Gearhart this summer.
Ozzy also spoke briefly about his health issues, as the rocker was recently spotted using a cane after life-changing surgery to remove and realign pins in his neck and back.
“I’ll get there,” he said of his recovery. “It’s a slow climb back, you know?”
