Lindsay Arnold sobbed with her daughter after finding out she had a false positive pregnancy test.
The 28-year-old “Dancing With the Stars” posted a TikTok Thursday showing that she was initially celebrating the test with her 1-year-old Sage.
“Does mommy have a baby in her tummy?” Arnold asked her toddler before they hugged. “What do you think?”
The video then cut to footage of the dancer sobbing as Sage wiped her tears and rested her head on Arnold’s shoulder.
“If you get a positive pregnancy test and you start [period] a few days later, but your sweet daughter is there for you every step of the way,” the choreographer wrote in the upload on social media.
Arnold’s followers shared their condolences in the comments.
“Omg her face when she laid her head on your shoulder. She felt the pain for you!” one user wrote, while another added, “Babies are so special. My eldest was my rock through my fertility journey and all my losses.”
Arnold gave birth to her and her husband Sam Cusick’s daughter in November 2020.
Last month, the “So You Think You Can Dance” alum told her Instagram followers about her plans to give Sage a sibling.
“We definitely want more kids,” Arnold, who married Cusick in June 2015, wrote during a question-and-answer session. “I’m not sure when that will happen, but we definitely want more. Sagey needs buddies.”
Two sisters of the ABC personality have welcomed babies this summer.
Jensen Arnold’s son, Brooks, was born in June, followed two months later by Brynley Arnold’s daughter, Quincy.
Arnold gave a glimpse of the newborn cousins’ first photo shoot with Sage via Instagram on Tuesday, gushing, “If this isn’t the cutest crew of besties, then know what it is.”
