Kim Kardashian ‘very supportive’ of Pete Davidson’s therapy

Kim Kardashian supports Pete Davidson’s decision to seek help after being bullied by her ex-husband, Kanye West.

Since the first news broke that Kardashian and the ‘Saturday Night Live’ star had started dating, West has taken pictures online with Davidson and even nicknamed him ‘Skete’.

And when Kardashian and the “King of Staten Island” star broke up last week, West posted a faked newspaper cover announcing “Skete”‘s death.

“Kim was very supportive of Pete when he entered therapy,” a source told Vidak For Congress.

“Kanye was very damaging. He posted negative stuff – now add thousands upon thousands of comments. Someone needs to work with you to tackle something like this,” she added.

Davidson also received death threats from West’s fans, which the source says is partly why he went to “trauma therapy” in April.

“Getting death threats from [Kanye’s] fans and all the negative attention online doesn’t feel right to the average person – add someone who is struggling with mental illness, and it’s even worse,” noted another source.

Davidson has always been open about his mental health issues.

In 2018, he caused panic by writing on Instagram: “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore. I don’t really know how much longer I can keep it up. all I ever tried to do was help people.”

And in fact, he praised West — who also publicly struggled with mental health issues — for being open about it.

“Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health,” he wrote that same year.

“I can’t explain enough how hard and scary it is to be honest about these things. We need people like Kanye.”

After Kardashian and Davidson ended their nine-month relationship, West responded by posting a message about Davidson’s fake death on Instagram, and sources told us that Kardashian was “furious and incredibly upset.”

Davidson has not publicly responded to the post, but sources told us that Kardashian refuses to tolerate West’s bullying. He eventually deleted the post.

Meanwhile, Davidson has been working on a film in Australia for about three months, in which “he could heal like a normal person”, according to the second source.

The first source confirmed that Davidson is “still in therapy but focused on his film.”

“The distance from the public eye has probably been good in some way,” they said.

And despite the rapper messing up Davidson’s health, sources claim West didn’t cause his divorce from Kardashian. Multiple sources attributed the break to “because of distance and schedules.”

“They were together for nine months. He has been [in Australia] for three months. She has four children and several large businesses. It just didn’t work,” the second source said.

A third source described the breakup as “as clean and friendly as it could be.”

As much as they both wanted the relationship to work and enjoyed being together whenever they could, they realized it could be months before they could see each other so they decided it would be best to be friends ,” she said.
