Kim Kardashian spoke highly of her now ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson in her sizzling new Interview magazine profile.
“He’s a cutie,” the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” alum, 41, gushed in her “Kim Kardashian Bares All” cover story.
“He is literally such a good person; they make them not like him anymore. I’m excited about what he’s going to bring.”
However, Vidak For Congress can only confirm that the interview took place before the couple broke up.
On Aug. 5, sources told Vidak For Congress that Kardashian and Davidson, 28, “had a lot of love and respect for each other,” but found that “long distance and their demanding schedules made it really hard to maintain a relationship.”
The Skims founder and “Saturday Night Live” alum decided at the time to just be “good friends” after nine months of dating.
Prior to the breakup, Kardashian regularly shared kind words about her then-beauty.
In March, the reality star “found” a tweet praising Davidson for being “respectful” amid the strip’s feud with her ex-husband Kanye West.
The tweet from filmmaker James Gunnwho worked with Davidson on the 2016 film “Suicide Squad,” read: “For the record, Pete Davidson is one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know. He’s a really generous, tender and funny spirit and treats everyone around him with respect.”
Kardashian also echoed those feelings on an episode of her family’s Hulu series, “The Kardashians.”
She told a group including Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi and Scott Disick at a small gathering that Davidson is “truly the sweetest, nicest person on the planet.”
Davidson also paid Kardashian compliments during their time together.
In a series of heated text exchanges with West, 45, the “King of Staten Island” star called his then-girlfriend the “best mom” he’d ever met.
“What she’s doing for those kids is amazing and you’re so lucky that she’s the mother of your kids,” he continued. “I’ve decided I’m not going to let you treat us like this anymore and I’m done being quiet. Let the f–k grow up.”
Kardashian and the “Gold Digger” rapper, who became legally single in March amid their ongoing divorce, share North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
