Jennifer Lopez turned 53 on Sunday and celebrated the occasion by stripping down to her birthday suit to launch her latest business venture, JLo Body by JLo Beauty.
“I’m as old as I am, but I feel great and happier than ever,” she told People in a new interview promoting the line.
“I feel like I’m just getting to my rest now and I’m just getting started.”
The singer first announced the news through her “On The JLo” newsletter, telling fans she has come up with a product to highlight everyone’s best “trump card” – a new “FIRM + FLAUNT™ Targeted Booty Balm”, $ 65.
Later on Instagram, Lopez shared a sexy campaign video promoting the products naked.
“We give all this care and attention to the skin of our face, but we sometimes neglect the body. It was important to me to create a skincare routine for the body to meet its specific and unique needs, and we started with the loot,” she explained.
“Today is my birthday and I’m giving YOU a special drop of #JLoBody FIRM + FLAUNT™ Targeted Booty Balm.”
Lopez further explained to her newsletter subscribers that she just had to make a booty balm.
“I want you to show off your best trumps – yes, I said trumps – and I want you to feel great doing that!” she encouraged her loyal followers.
A limited number of booty balms have been released by the “Marry Me” star on the JLo Beauty website, with a full launch in August.
The drop comes a week after Lopez tied the knot with Ben Affleck in Las Vegas, which she also confirmed via her newsletter.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years of patience,” the ‘Let’s Get Loud’ singer said as she gushed about her marriage.
“Stay around long enough and you may find the best moment of your life driving through Las Vegas at 11:30 am in the tunnel of love you’re driving through, with your kids and the one you’ll forever be with. love is a wonderful thing, perhaps the best of all, and it is worth the wait.”
Lopez is currently on honeymoon in Paris with her new husband, 49. The lovebirds — who were previously engaged in the early 2000s — were photographed French kissing and cuddling in photos taken on Friday.
