Jennifer Garner spent a relaxing weekend in Lake Tahoe, California, while her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, married Jennifer Lopez in Las Vegas.
The “13 Going on 30” star, 50, documented her adventures on Sunday, posting an Instagram Story video while paragliding.
She later shared a smiling selfie while on a bike ride.
Garner and Affleck, 49, were married from 2005 to 2018 and the former couple share three children.
Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, showed up at their father’s wedding in Nevada on Saturday night, along with Lopez’s 14-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian, who she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, who changed her last name after the ceremony, confirmed her wedding news in the Sunday edition of her “On the JLo” newsletter.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out that love is patient. Twenty years of patience,” Lopez, 52, wrote, referring to her and the 49-year-old Oscar winner’s previous engagement from 2002 to 2004.
She called the milestone moment “exactly” what the “Gigli” co-stars wanted.
“Last night we flew to Vegas, lined up for a permit with four other couples, all taking the same trip to the wedding capital of the world,” the Grammy winner gushed.
“Behind us, two men held hands and held each other,” she continued. “Ahead of us was a young couple who took a three-hour drive from Victorville on their daughter’s second birthday – we all wanted the same thing – so that the world would recognize us as partners and declare our love to the world through the ancient and almost universal symbol of the marriage.”
Lopez noted that she was wearing an “old movie dress” and signed off, “With love, Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck.”
The superstar entertainer was married to Anthony, 53, from 2004 to 2014. Before reconnecting with Affleck in 2021, she was engaged to Alex Rodriguez for two years.
She and the former MLB player, 46, split in March 2021 and the “Jenny From the Block” singer confirmed just months later that she had moved on with Affleck.
“I feel so lucky and lucky and proud to be with him,” Lopez told People in February of their reconciled romance.
“It’s a beautiful love story that we got a second chance,” she added at the time. “We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience.”
Affleck proposed to Lopez in April while she was taking a bath.
“I was literally speechless and he said, ‘Is that a yes?'” the “Maid in Manhattan” star recalled. “I said ‘YES of course, that’s a YES.'”
