Ezra Miller charged with felony burglary in Vermont

“Flash” star Ezra Miller has been charged with burglary after being accused of stealing alcohol from a Vermont home – their latest alleged crime in a string of legal cases involving them this year.

Vermont state police allege that the troubled actor, 29, broke into a private home in Stamford in May and allegedly took several bottles of booze, according to Variety and a police report.

The homeowners were gone when the alleged incident happened at 5:55 PM on May 1, according to the police report.

The report also states that after viewing surveillance videos, police have found a “probable cause to charge the “Perks of Being a Wallflower” actor for a felony burglary of a vacant home.

It appears that Miller was missing for some time, as the report states that they were just “located” on Sunday, when they were due to appear before the Bennington’s Criminal Division of the Superior Court of Vermont for their arraignment in late September.

Miller faces a slew of serious charges across the US that began in early 2022.

The “Fantastic Beasts” actor – who uses pronouns – was arrested in March for disorderly conduct and later pleaded not to contest.

They were also charged with allegedly throwing a chair at a woman and being the subject of 10 911 calls in less than a month in Hawaii.

In June, Miller was accused of grooming a teenager with “cult-like” behavior. The teen’s parents filed a lawsuit in the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court alleging that the actor “uses violence, intimidation, threats of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to control a young adolescent Tokata. “

However, Tokata denied the statements of their family and friends on social media.

Another concerned parent in Massachusetts accused the actor of inappropriate behavior towards their 12-year-old. According to The Daily Beast, both parent and child were given temporary restraining orders against Miller.

In late June, Miller was then charged with housing three young children and their mother in a gun-filled Vermont ranch. Two sources told Rolling Stone at the time that they feared for the safety of the children aged 1 to 5.

Miller’s representatives did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment on the latest allegations.
