Erika Jayne filed a $50 million lawsuit returning from Hawaii

Back to reality.

After her luxurious trip to Hawaii, Erika Jayne got papers for a $50 million extortion case when she returned to Los Angeles on Friday night.

In exclusive photos obtained by Vidak For Congress, the 51-year-old “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was seen exiting the Los Angeles International Airport when a woman approached her and handed her two thick stacks of documents.

A representative of Jayne did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.

Jayne—who was approached in the baggage claim—was dressed casually for her return flight to LA, wearing white sweatpants and a matching zip-up sweatshirt.

The “Pretty Mess” singer rocked a fresh face with her hair styled in a tight topknot and a white face mask to protect her from COVID-19. She completed the look with white sneakers and a Gucci duffel bag.

“I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a subpoena and complaint to serve you,” the woman said in video footage obtained by Vidak For Congress.

The lawsuit, filed by Edelson PC, accuses Jayne of nine charges, including racketeering, conspiracy to extort, illegal business practices and cheating, including related to the ongoing legal drama involving estranged ex-husband Tom Girardi.

“Tom and Erika have routinely embezzled funds from the settlement of clients to project an image of wealth and support a lifestyle made for reality TV,” the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit also alleges that Jayne’s EJ Global company was “established for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to Erika.”

In addition, Edelson PC alleges in court documents that Jayne was aware of Girardi’s “scheme,” which allegedly embezzled settlement funds intended to help the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

The docs accuse Jayne of “showing off”[ing]Her lavish lifestyle and “acting as the ‘frontwoman’ of the operation, selling to the world (including unsuspecting clients) that Girardi Keese was successful.”

As Vidak For Congress previously reported, a separate but related case was filed by Edelson in April regarding the racketeering allegations. Jayne was fired from the earlier lawsuit.

However, Jay Edelson clarified on vidakforcongress that this case “continues the claims of the clients (the widows and orphans)” while the April lawsuit was “more limited, in terms of who we sued, what we sued, and the legal theories that we pursue.”

“As we claim, we believe we can prove to a jury that the Girardi firm was and has been a criminal enterprise for a long time,” Edelson told us via email.

For her part, the reality TV star has fiercely maintained her innocence more than once.

“I feel awful. This isn’t who I am,” Jayne said during the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 11 reunion in October 2021.

“And I hope this isn’t who he is. … I hope [Tom] has not done what is claimed here.”

Before getting the new paperwork, Jayne enjoyed a tropical vacation in Hawaii with Rinna and “RHOBH” newcomer Diana Jenkins.

The ladies were at one point photographed sitting outside their villa in deep conversation enjoying bubbling rosé.

In another photo, Jayne looked upset as she gave an angry expression and threw her hands in the air while talking to her co-stars.

It’s not clear what the two were talking about at the time.

On last week’s episode of “RHOBH,” Jayne told her co-stars she was in no rush to divorce Girardi, 83.

She argued that her marriage to the lawyer prevents her from writing alimony checks.

“It’s ironic, but if I were divorced from Tom, I’d have to pay him alimony,” Jayne said in a confessional before adding, laughing, “I’ll stay married, thanks.”

Jayne also claimed she “couldn’t get a divorce now” amid her and Girardi’s legal and financial troubles.

“Like, I am legally divorced, so my life has moved on and everything is separated. But I can’t get a divorce now. There’s so much legal stuff going on,” she said.

“It’s a weird time and I’m really ready for it to be over.”
