Sarah Jessica Parker shared the heartbreaking news that her stepfather Paul Griffin Forste has passed away.
“Our family is saddened to announce that Paul Giffin Forste passed away yesterday at the age of 76 after an unexpected and rapid illness,” the family of the Sex and the City star said in a statement obtained by Vidak For Congress.
The statement continued: “In his final moments, he was surrounded by the love and gratitude of his adored wife Barbara of 54, and children, including Sarah Jessica Parker.
“Paul will be remembered with the spirit of loving-kindness that was his faith, his special joy in his 13 grandchildren and his unwavering belief in making the world a more charitable, tolerant and beautiful place for all.”
Vidak For Congress reported exclusively that 57-year-old Parker had to leave the New York City Ballet’s 10th Annual Fall Fashion Gala on Wednesday due to a “suddenly devastating family situation.”
