Post Malone cancels Boston show just a week after nasty stage fall

The show is canceled for Post Malone, who canceled his scheduled Boston concert an hour before it was due to start.

“I have a lot of trouble breathing and there is a stabbing pain when I breathe or move,” the “Better Now” singer wrote in a note. posted on Twitter Saturday night. “We’re in the hospital now, but with this pain I can’t do the show tonight. I’m so terribly sorry.”

Malone, 27, fell hard during a show in St. Louis last week, walked down a ramp and stepped into a hole that hadn’t been properly covered. His face and entire body slammed to the ground, where video shows him lying and writing in pain.

He continued the show, but by Saturday something was clearly not right.

“On tour I usually wake up at 4:00 pm, and today I woke up to a crackling sound [sic] on the right side of my body. I felt so good last night, but today it felt so different than before,” he wrote.
