NeNe Leakes takes fans on her journey to plastic surgery.
The 54-year-old “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star revealed that she recently went under the knife for a “professional, mini-Brazilian butt lift” and liposuction.
She became candid about the proceedings in conjunction with her appointment as ambassador to Dr. Okoro’s Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Georgia.
“I’m just looking to fix my problem areas,” Leakes said in an Instagram video.
โSo we engaged a ‘professional mini BBL’. And I love it. So I’m taking you on this journey with me and Dr. Okoro to solve some of my problem areas and become perfect you.โ
The reality star, who previously had a nose job and breast augmentation, continued, “Come on, follow me on this journey of liposuction 360 and professional, mini, BBL.”
In a second clip, she took her followers through the process of having the procedures performed in Dr. okoro.
While the video didn’t capture all of the surgeries, it showed the doctor performing liposuction on Leakes in the operating room.

Leakes spoke out in 2016 about getting a second rhinoplasty, noting that it was for medical purposes.
โYes, I had my nose done again. Yes, I did,” she said during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
“Yeah, because it was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again,” she continued. โMy cartilage grew in my nose and my tip touched the top of my lip. The tip of my nose touched my lip when I smiled.โ
Leakes emphasized that she doesn’t go under the knife for fun and only opts for plastic surgery when she feels she needs it.
โI always keep it very, very real. You can always ask me anything. I would never do my nose just to do my nose,” she said at the time.
“It wasn’t just to do my nose, it was because I didn’t like my nose and I wanted to do my nose to make it more beautiful for myself.”
