Linda Evangelista Takes the Runway for NYFW, Closes the Fendi Show

She sure knows how to strike a pose.

Linda Evangelista graced the runway at this year’s New York Fashion Week as she wrapped up this year’s Fendi show on Friday.

The Canadian supermodel, 57, marked her return to the runway with a bang – dressed in a show-stopping Tiffany blue taffeta dress.

She was invited to take part in the show to mark the 25th anniversary of Fendi’s iconic Baguette bag.

At the show, the Italian fashion brand revealed a surprising collaboration with Marc Jacobs.

Evangelista walked the runway in her plush dress, adorned with diamond earrings, silver silk gloves and adorned with a signature Fendi Baguette bag.

The model revealed she would be part of the show in an Instagram post in July.

That same month, she settled a lawsuit over a “botched” cosmetic procedure that she claimed left her “deformed.”

Evangelista first announced the results of the proceedings on social media in September 2021.

She claimed at the time that CoolSculpting — an FDA-approved “fat freezing” procedure described as a non-invasive liposuction alternative — left her “brutally disfigured” and “permanently disfigured.”

After suing CoolSculpting’s parent company, Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc., for $50 million in damages, Evangelista revealed in July that the saga is over.

“I’m glad I settled the CoolSculpting case,” she wrote in a statement.

“I look forward to the next chapter of my life with friends and family, and am happy to put this business behind me. I am truly grateful for the support I have received from those who have reached out.”
