Jim Edmonds is not the biggest fan of Teddi Mellencamp.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum posted an alleged text conversation with the former MLB player criticizing her for sharing his wedding invitation.
“Wow Jimmy is so angry. I was trying to apologize 🤷♀️,” Mellencamp, 41, captioned the screenshot on her Instagram story on Saturday.
In the lyrics, Edmonds, 52, the former “Celebrity Big Brother” contestant asks if his ex-wife Meghan King had sent her a copy of the invitation to his wedding to fiancée Kortnie O’Connor.
Mellencamp replied that she didn’t want to “exclude” the person who sent the message. However, the retired center field star said it was “hard to believe” that someone had sent her the invite because the couple only sent out 18 copies.
“I will gladly have cortney [sic] on the pod to discuss it and apologize for showing it,” Mellencamp replied, referring to her podcast “Two Ts in a Pod,” on which she originally shared the details of the invite.
The former Bravolebrity added: “I’m not going to fight you. And the invite was also posted on someone’s Insta story. I can apologize, but I’ll leave it at that.”
In response, Edmonds said Mellencamp should “clean up your own st” and “stop worrying about other people” [sic] before it comes back to bite you in the ass.”
Mellencamp doubled down on her stance, adding to her Instagram story, “If he gets upset by making a joke about an invite on a pod. Yikes,” with Demi Lovato’s hit song “Sorry Not Sorry” in the background.
“PSA against angry men. This isn’t it,” she continued. “For the record, I would never have shared those lyrics if he hadn’t spoken to me the way he did about it. I was happy to apologize [and note that] his fiancée and I have aesthetic differences in invitations.”
The pair’s exchange came a few days after Mellencamp and former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star King, 37, publicly poked fun at Edmonds’ invitations.
“I’m sorry, this is very cringe-inducing,” Mellencamp said on the July 28 episode of her podcast.
“And I just have to [read] the. It reads, “Ladies, be inspired by your favorite Bond girl. Men: black tie or white jacket like James [Bond].’”
King, who co-parents daughter Aspen, 5, and twin boys Hart and Hayes, 4, with Edmonds, added: “Okay, okay, I mean, everyone has their own style. I mean it’s implied [that Jim is James Bond here].”
The former couple was married from 2014 to 2021.
While Edmonds became engaged to O’Connor, 37, in August 2021, King married Cuffe Biden Owens in October, only to annul their marriage months later.
