Newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck co-ordinated in casual ensembles on Sunday for the Malibu Chili Cook-Off in California, which they attended with the singer’s 14-year-old twins, Emme and Max.
Lopez, 53, kept the white bridal theme going in a sheer, flowy kaftan-style maxi dress.
However, she added a surprising choice of shoes, sporting red Adidas x Gucci “GG” slides ($620) that looked more like shower shoes than her usual glam heels.
Lopez — who was holding a can of Coke as she walked hand-in-hand with Affleck — adorned with a wide gold bracelet, Jennifer Fisher earrings ($180) and a gold pendant necklace.
She also wore her beloved Dior Book Tote monogram with ‘JLO’ in the center.
Despite the heat wave that swept California, Affleck, 50, wore a long-sleeved, light blue and white pinstripe button-up with khaki pants and white sneakers.
During the outing, he even attempted a basketball game, but failed to get a shot! – as they strolled around the event grounds. Other celebs in attendance included Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson.
Bennifer 2.0 attended the cook-off event after their extravagant Georgia wedding on Aug. 20, which featured an all-white dress code.
The ‘Marry Me’ star wore three breathtaking Ralph Lauren wedding dresses as she said ‘I do’ to Affleck after their intimate wedding in Las Vegas.
However, the fantastic fashion did not stop there. Lopez also wore a glamorous gold dress for the rehearsal dinner and a preppy blue and white striped dress for the post-wedding brunch, both from the iconic American designer.
Now that Lopez and Affleck are back from their second honeymoon in Italy, we eagerly await more matching moments.
