January Jones ditched her “NASCAR-esque rebrand” for a Betty Draper-style aesthetic.
The 44-year-old “Mad Men” actress shared a new photo of herself rocking a baby pink bikini with matching accessories, including an Ivy Diamond Cole jewelry necklace and earrings from unusual things.
She completed the beach look with Linda Farrow sunglasses ($426).
“⚠️TOXIC FEMININITY⚠️ Apparently you didn’t appreciate my attempt at Nascar’-esque rebranding, so here you go,” she wrote in the Instagram post on Saturday.
It seems that Jones was referring to some recent photos, in which she seemed to change her usual aesthetic in favor of shorts, trucker hats and colorful shades.
It’s not clear what she meant by her caption, though, as most of the responses to her post have been positive.
“#BigDadEnergy I’ll take your cute girl with a quick car pic and raise you,” she captioned a photo last month, posing in front of a red McLaren, wearing a back-to-back cap with New Balance sneakers.
“Oh my god, awesome ,” one follower commented, while another referred to her iconic turn in “Mad Men” opposite Jon Hamm’s Don Draper.
“Betty comes for Don’s entire career,” they wrote.
A third fan chimed in: “Looks perfect with the perfect 80s mom outfit❤️.”
The mother of two also used her social media platform earlier this year to hit back at trolls who criticized her makeup-free posts.
She shared a hilarious video of her singing Celine Dion’s classic “My Heart Will Go On” wearing ripped jeans, an oversized t-shirt and no makeup.
“Wow, this is what she looks like without makeup. Yikes,” commented one person, to which Jones replied, “Oh it’s getting worse, I haven’t brushed my teeth yet and I have stye.”
