James Gunn has been hooked!
The filmmaker and Jennifer Holland have “finally” tied the knot after seven years together.
“What an incredible, beautiful, wonderful day surrounded by the most amazing family and friends in the world,” the groom gushed via Instagram on Friday.
“And yes, that’s a moose that showed up when the ceremony started!” Gunn, 56, went on to write. “And also, yes, @originalfunko designed our wedding cake toppers on our real tuxedo and dress.”
Holland, 35, commented: “Love you @jamesgunn!”
In a post of her own, the Peacemaker star wrote that she was “bursting at the seams” with gratitude after the “seamless and stunningly beautiful” ceremony.
“James! Thank you for sharing your love, life and family with me,” Holland gushed. “Thank you for choosing me, for lifting me up and for always making me laugh. There are still many years to follow the first extraordinary 7.
Prior to their Colorado wedding, the couple also enjoyed “Marvel vs DC softball game” with their guests.
That’s because the wedding festivities were made “sweeter” by many of Gunn’s star-studded colleagues from “Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Suicide Squad,” “Peacemaker” and more.
The actor posted epic photos with some of the co-stars, from Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana to Michael Rooker and John Cena.
Gunn and Holland have been dating since 2015 and the duo got engaged in February.
“😏❤️”, the director wrote with an Instagram photo from February that shows the star of the actress.
Gunn was previously married to “The Office” alum Jenna Fischer from 2000 to 2008.
