Ezra Miller seems to be relaxed and undisturbed these days, despite their laundry list of legal troubles.
Passing by them, the actor was photographed hanging out on the front porch of their Vermont home with their mother, Marta Miller, on Monday — a day after their third arrest of the year.
The “Flash” star, 29, now has a full mustache, which arched upwards past the toothless grin they used to flash the pops with. They didn’t even get up from their seats or put down their phones for the spontaneous meeting.
Marta was apparently not too happy with the situation, however, as photographers shot her shooting up from her seat and grimacing as she seemingly screamed in their direction. A photo posted by the Daily Mail even showed her mid-sentence with a disapproving index finger in the air.
On Sunday, Ezra was charged with a felony burglary of a vacant home for allegedly breaking into a home in Stamford, Conn., and stealing several bottles of alcohol in May.
The ‘Perks of Being a Wallflower’ star was also arrested twice in Hawaii — once in March for disorderly conduct, which they made no objection to, and again the following month for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman. .
The Vermont state police quoted Ezra with the burglary charge during one of their visits to the actor’s estate in Stamford to try to locate the young family he has reportedly been housing since mid-April.
According to Rolling Stone, officers were looking for the 25-year-old mother and her three children – ages 5, 4 and 1 – to provide her with emergency care requested by the prosecutor’s office, which demanded that the children had to be removed from both rooms. the property and its care.
The order was reportedly made out of fear for the safety of the children, as Ezra’s ranch is reportedly littered with firearms, ammunition and marijuana.
Having a “bad feeling in” [his] stomach,” the children’s father contacted the Vermont Department for Children and Families and local law enforcement in mid-May.
In June, the mother urged Rolling Stone to give Ezra “a safe environment for” [her] three very young children.”
However, the “Fantastic Beasts” star was said to have told police this weekend that the family hadn’t lived there for months, which the prosecutor’s office said appeared to be an attempt to “evade” the warrant.
VSP agents believe the actor is hiding the family’s whereabouts.
Rolling Stone also noted that the mother was posting daily to social media from the property until mid-July, when her account went black and appeared to have been deleted.
Ezra has also been charged with “grooming” a teenager and a restraining order was issued against them by another woman and her 12-year-old child.
The actor’s representatives have not responded to our numerous requests for comment.
