Eminem Unveils ‘Curtain Call 2’ Album, Teases New Song

Legendary rapper Eminem announced a surprise trip down memory lane.

The hitmaker “The Real Slim Shady” announced that his second greatest hits album entitled “Curtain Call 2” will be released on August 5.

The compilation album follows the rapper’s 2005 hit “Curtain Call: The Hits” and will feature music from Eminem’s more recent work from 2009’s “Relapse”.

The rapper also teased an unreleased track that the album will feature as well as guest appearances and movie soundtracks.

Fans can get their hands on a limited edition box set and signed vinyl.

The first “Curtain Call” album was released on the world in December 2005 and was quickly recognized as certified Diamond in the US. The album featured some of the rapper’s hit classics such as “My Name Is,” “Stan” and “Without Me.”

The news comes just after Eminem’s latest release, titled “From the D 2 the LBC” – a hit with rapper Snoop Dogg.

The song – and accompanying music video – had its world premiere on June 23 and will serve as the lead single from the rapper’s upcoming album.

The song followed the release of Eminem’s song “The King and I”, for which he collaborated with CeeLo Green. The song was part of the soundtrack of Baz Luhrmann’s biopic Elvis.

“Along with the two recently released tracks, there will be another unreleased track on the collection in the coming weeks,” according to his website.
