Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz proved on Saturday that they are more in sync than ever, stepping out for a Wendy’s event on Saturday in matching pink outfits.
Despite Vidak For Congress’s exclusive report that things are freezing between their rich and powerful families, the “Transformers” actress and chef showed a united front as they enjoyed some frozen strawberry treats.
And they matched the evening’s color palette perfectly, with Nicola wearing what appeared to be the same candy-pink Versace dress once seen on Madonna at the 2006 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
The “Bates Motel” star paired the sweet vintage style with a berry Fendi Baguette bag and glittery pink platforms, adding another early 2000s trend: a French pedicure.
Brooklyn, meanwhile, kept it casual in a plain white T-shirt, pale pink slacks and sneakers the exact same shade as his wife’s bag.
Nicola’s billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, chairs the board at Wendy’s, and her oldest brother Matthew also sits on the board; the young couple reportedly even got a burger truck from the fast food chain at their over-the-top Palm Beach wedding in April.
And Saturday’s icy bash was a family affair, with Nicola’s brother Will and girlfriend, Kenya Kinski-Jones, also in attendance — dressed similarly in shades of pink, of course.
Brooklyn — who recently revealed he has 70 tattoos dedicated to his wife — “has become so, so close to the Peltzes, and especially to Nicola’s father,” a family source recently told Vidak For Congress, adding that the band’s relationship star has tense with his own parents.
The host of “Cookin’ With Brooklyn” even has the last name Peltz inked on his chest, among many other tributes.
Meanwhile, Nicola recently channeled Posh Spice amid her reported breakup with her mother-in-law, which she says stemmed from her choice to wear Valentino (rather than a Victoria Beckham original) on her wedding day.
“I went [wear Victoria Beckham] and I really wanted that, and a few months later she realized her studio couldn’t do it, so I had to pick another dress,” Peltz told Variety. ‘She didn’t say you can’t wear it; I didn’t say I didn’t want to wear it. That’s where it started, and that’s what they started working on.”
Maybe she can offer her mother-in-law a strawberry Frosty as a peace offering?
