Brad Pitt is said to have “choked” one of his children with Angelina Jolie and his then-wife “grabbed” by the head in the now infamous 2016 private flight, according to a counter-charge obtained by Vidak For Congress on Tuesday.
The file says the 58-year-old “Fight Club” star reportedly “choked one of the kids and punched another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.”
“At some point, he poured beer over Jolie; in another he poured beer and red wine over the children,” the documents also say.
Jolie, 47, reportedly tried to intervene at one point and “grab” her then-husband from behind to try and stop him, according to the opposing party.
“To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself back into the seats of the plane and injured Jolie’s back and elbow,” the documents claim.
“The kids rushed in and all tried to protect each other bravely. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the kids and punched another in the face. Some kids begged Pitt to stop.”
In September 2016, Pitt was under investigation for alleged child abuse by the FBI over the incident.
However, authorities have not launched any criminal charges against the award-winning actor.
According to documents previously obtained by Vidak For Congress, the U.S. Attorney’s Office concluded not to prosecute Pitt based on discussions with the agent.
“All parties agreed that criminal charges would not be prosecuted in this case due to several factors,” the archives said.

Jolie’s attorneys, however, argue in the new counter-indictment that the FBI agent investigating the allegations “had probable cause to charge Pitt with a federal felony for his behavior that day.”
The alleged dispute caused the “Maleficent” star to file for Pitt’s divorce just days later.
The former couple – who married in 2014 – share Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, Vivienne, 14 and Knox, 14.
Representatives for Jolie and Pitt did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
