Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney were caught in a heated moment while filming the new season of ‘Vanderpump Rules’.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the exes reportedly argued over Schwartz flirting with another woman while sitting side by side at his new bar, Schwartz and Sandy’s.
Both Schwartz, 39, and Maloney, 35, used hand gestures and strong facial expressions during the chat, indicating that it’s not quite friendly yet.
Schwartz recently teased Vidak For Congress that he is “relearning to be single” amid their divorce.
“He hasn’t even had time to be single!” his best friend and longtime business partner Tom Sandoval clarified.
Despite filing for divorce in March, Maloney backed Schwartz for the soft opening of the Los Angeles cocktail lounge last Tuesday.
The Bravolebrity may have stepped up to double that she’s not forcing any of her “Vanderpump Rules” stars to take sides in their divorce.
“We literally told them there is no side to choose,” Maloney wrote on Instagram in June.
“I feel like some people did that on their own for whatever reason, but Tom and I are still friends, so whatever.”
Maloney’s response was posted shortly after Vidak For Congress interviewed their co-star Raquel Leviss.
At the time, she claimed that some members of their group of friends felt torn over Maloney and Schwartz’s divorce.
“I feel like with Tom and Katie, they expect that [people to pick] sides, unfortunately,” she told us.
“It has [changed the dynamic], Yes. At least it seems that way – even though I’m friends with both.”
The former couple began dating in September 2010 and married in front of Bravo cameras in August 2016.
After discovering a marriage license accident that happened on the show, they flew to Las Vegas to legally marry in July 2019.
They announced their separation a week before Maloney’s divorce filing in mid-March.
Shooting for season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules” is underway, but Bravo hasn’t announced a premiere date yet.
