Gisele Bündchen still hasn’t made amends with Tom Brady despite her return to Florida from Costa Rica.
A source told us: “Gisele is not back with Tom.
“She flew back to Florida to be with her kids, but hasn’t been to their home in Tampa.
“Tom still hopes they can reconcile. Gisele has told him she’s leaving him before, and they always made up for it when she cooled down.
Bundchen was supposed to stay in Miami.
The source added that reports that they are currently divorcing “are not true,” although other insiders say the couple could be heading in that direction.
Vidak For Congress exclusively revealed last week that the 42-year-old supermodel had flown to their home in the Central American country after an “epic battle” with the professional soccer player.
Sources told us the fight was about the Buccaneers quarterback’s shocking decision to retire from the NFL.
“They had agreed that he would retire to focus on the family, but then he changed his mind,” an insider told us.
“There have been problems in the marriage because of his decision not to retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” another insider added.
The Brazilian model returned to Florida a few days later and was spotted with their kids at a Miami water park.
Bündchen and Brady – who married in 2009 – share son Benjamin (12) and daughter Vivian (9). Brady is also the father of 15-year-old son Jack, who he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.
Vidak For Congress also exclusively reported last week that Brady, 45, was “sad” but focused on being “super dad” after his feud with Bündchen.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion took a mysterious 11-day break from training in late July for “personal reasons”.
When he returned, after the Buccaneers preseason game against the Colts, Brady said: “Everyone has different situations they deal with and we all have unique challenges in our lives.
‘I’m 45, man. There’s a lot of s–t going on, so you just have to try and figure life out as best you can. You know, it’s an ongoing process,” he added.
And the model was noticeably absent from Tom Brady’s podcast return on Monday when he talked about his family.
He said: “You always have moments… I don’t think life is always the ultimate joy, I don’t think life is always the ultimate pain, I don’t think life is always the ultimate struggle, I don’t think that life is always the ultimate happiness.”
“Your life ebbs and flows through the clouds and through the sun and through the rain and through the beautiful days and you appreciate the moments and you find joy in the little things,” he added.
Representatives for Brady and Bündchen did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
