Craig Conover insinuated that Shep Rose cheated on Taylor Ann Green more than once.
On Thursday’s episode of “Southern Charm,” the guys took a trip to Charlotte, NC, where Rose, 42, told Conover, 33, that Green, 27, is “always concerned” when he goes on a trip.
“Taylor is concerned when you leave town because you keep cheating on her when you leave town,” Conover then claimed of Rose in a confessional.
“I mean, how should she be – like, sleeping peacefully at night?”
In January, Rose admitted she cheated on Green after kissing and texting “an old flame.” However, the couple then decided to stay together.
Rose’s conversation with Conover came after he argued with Green over FaceTime about her “anxiety” when he travels.
“I’ve said it over and over: I won’t stop going places and doing things,” he told Green in a hot-mic moment, when she warned him she wouldn’t be left behind “because of a wandering eye. “
Rose argued in a confessional, “I’m not going to sit here and defend myself for the rest of my life because that’s a surefire way to end things with me at least.”
As the night wore on, Green blew Rose’s phone and sent him long paragraphs. Frustrated, he went on to talk to another girl in a bar and buy her a drink.
“She texts him asking, ‘Are you going to cheat on me tonight?’ She’s just super f–king insecure about everything,” Austen Kroll told Conover in confidence.
“What’s happening is Taylor thinks it’s just a campfire,” Conover replied. “What scares Shep is that there are landmines and accelerator and gasoline, and he says, ‘If you keep stoking this campfire, it’s going to explode.’
“You know st, I know st, everyone knows st except Taylor.”
It seems Green has finally had enough, as People reported Wednesday that she and Rose broke up after dating for two years.
A source told the magazine: “[He] refused to commit to Taylor and tell her he doesn’t want to be with just one person and change his lifestyle.”
Another insider added: “She is incredibly hurt, but she knows she deserves a man who will fight for her, not someone so selfish,” claiming that Rose “will regret this”.
The author of “Average Expectations” admitted to Vidak For Congress earlier this month that filming the new season “took a toll” on his relationship with Green.
“You want everything to go well, and if you try too hard, things usually explode in your face, and that’s about what happened,” he told us. “I saw the train coming, and I just ran into it instead of away from it.”
“Southern Charm” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
