Scooter Braun has to pay ex-wife Yael $ 20 million in divorce

Scooter Braun has agreed to pay his ex-wife, Yael Cohen, $20 million as part of their divorce settlement, court documents show.

Braun, who represents musicians such as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, will also hold 100 works of art from their collection, including works by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat, the divorce settlement obtained by Vidak For Congress shows.

Braun will also keep their private jet, as well as the new $65 million mansion he bought during their divorce, while the founder of Fk Cancer will remain in their $30 million estate in Brentwood, California.

The now former couple had a prenuptial agreement, but the hefty payout to Cohen is to cover the property value split and serves as a spousal buyout.

The former couple have also agreed on joint custody of their three children: Jagger, 7, Levi, 5 and 3-year-old Hart.

Braun, 41, pays $60,000 a month in child support to cover the costs of raising the three children.

Vidak For Congress broke the news in July 2021 that Braun and Cohen had split after 7 years of marriage. Despite the split, a source insisted they were “friends.” Days later, the Grammy-nominated record executive filed for divorce, with the help of famed attorney Laura Wasser, who has represented Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie and more stars in their dissolutions.

We also revealed earlier this month that Braun and Cohen, 35, finally reached an agreement about their divorce after more than a year of litigation.

Although Braun insisted the breakup between him and Cohen was amicable, he had secretly checked into an “intense psycho-spiritual retreat” months before their divorce, though he initially denied this.
