Rosario Dawson appears to have moved on six months after her split from New Jersey Senator Cory Booker.
On Monday, the ‘Mandalorian’ actress took to Instagram to share a video of herself and her new beau, Nnamdi Okafor, riding the back of a golf cart at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo.
In the short clip, we see the pair making silly faces before the Nigerian poet told the actress that he loved her – which she fondly repeated.
Fans were quick to send the 43-year-old get well wishes about her exciting new chapter of life.
“You are both beautiful. This is so sweet. good for you!” one fan responded alongside countless heart emojis.
“New boo?!!🔥🔥🔥,” invaded another.
“That look at the end!! 😭🥰” a fan gushed.
Dawson and Booker, 53, retired in February 2022 after three years together.
The former couple first met in 2018 during a political fundraiser and started dating a few months later.
“He’s a great person and it’s good to spend some time together if we can. We’re busy,” Dawson told TMZ at the time, adding, “I’m just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire, who is so brilliant and kind and caring and loving.”
In 2020, after being separated for months due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the actress sold her Los Angeles home to move to Booker’s home in Newark, NJ.
While the couple never revealed the reason for their split, the two have remained close friends, according to People magazine.
