Porsha Williams is another “housewife”.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star will replace Tinsley Mortimer in the cast of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” season 3, People reported Thursday.
Sources told the magazine that Mortimer, who departed “The Real Housewives of New York City” in 2020, stepped out of the Peacock spin-off due to unknown “personal reasons”.
The next episode of “RHUGT” now begins filming in Thailand on July 18 with Williams, who left the Georgia-based series in 2021.
Vidak For Congress has reached out to representatives for Williams, Mortimer and Peacock for comment.
The streaming service has yet to officially announce the cast of Season 3, but Williams is expected to appear alongside “Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Gizelle Bryant and Candiace Dillard and “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” stars Heather Gay and Whitney Rose.
Other cast members reportedly include Alexia Echevarria and Marysol Patton of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” as well as Mortimer’s former “RHONY” co-star Leah McSweeney.
The Bravolebrities were already filmed packing their bags and are expected to leave on Thursday, People said.
The spin-off’s first season debuted in November 2021, with franchise favorites Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Kyle Richards, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey and Luann de Lesseps in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
It was quickly followed by a second season, filmed at Dorinda Medley’s iconic Massachusetts mansion Blue Stone Manor, which premiered in June. Dubbed “Ex-Wives Club”, the season featured Jill Zarin† Taylor Armstrong, Brandi Glanville† Eva Marcille, Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson and Medley.
The filming location for Season 2 caused a major rift between Medley and Gunvalson, who called Blue Stone Manor “old” as they talked about whereabouts.
Medley cast some major shadows in response during an episode of her SiriusXM show, “Make It Nice,” noting that the house was featured in Architectural Digest in 2020.
“Well, listen, this is a girl dancing on dirty tables in a bar in Puerto Vallarta, whatever that place is called, is fun,” she said at the time.
