A fan of Nicki Minaj claims the rapper pushed him when he tried to snap a selfie with her during a chaotic meet-and-greet in London on Monday.
In a TikTok video captured by user theyluviish, a crowd of people could be seen around the rapper, 39, begging them to “back up”.
He ignored her pleas and wanted to take advantage of her closeness, and seemed to lean against her to shoot a video.
As he held up a peace sign and pursed his lips, Minaj could be seen telling him to “go back” before seemingly being pushed out of the way.
โNicki Minaj literally pushed me omg ๐,โ the fan claimed in the TikTok, adding: โMy favorite literally touched me ๐๐.โ
The fan went on to claim in the commentary section of his video that he was “just glad Nicki touched him”. “Thank you Nicki for stopping by,” he concluded.
A Minaj representative did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
The alleged incident happened after the “Starships” rapper – who had performed at the Wireless Festival on Sunday – took to Instagram Live Monday morning to announce that she hosted an impromptu meet-and-greet in Camden Town, London.
Hundreds of people came to Cafe Koko, according to The Mirror, and harassed Minaj when she arrived. She took to Twitter to beg fans to take to the streets so she could properly meet them while sharing a video of the mobs.

Police were forced to surround the rapper and decided it was best to escort her back to her car so they could better manage the crowds, but ended up having to cancel the event.
โIn the interest of safety, the event managers have decided not to let the event go ahead,โ Camden Police tweeted on Monday. โResidents are advised not to travel to the area… Crowds are moving away and the police remain on the scene. No arrests.โ
Meanwhile, Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, recently made headlines when he was sentenced to house arrest for failing to register as a sex offender in California.
A Los Angeles judge sentenced Petty, 44, to three years’ probation and one year of house arrest last week. He was also ordered to pay a $55,000 fine.
Petty – who shares a son with Minaj – was originally arrested in March 2020 for failing to register as a sex offender in Los Angeles. He had previously served four years in prison after being convicted in 1994 of attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Petty and Minaj started dating in late 2018 after meeting as teenagers and getting married a year later.
