Nick Cannon, who has fathered seven children, who will soon be eight, has thoughts about Elon Musk’s ten children.
The comedian showed his support for Musk via Twitter on Thursday, after the Tesla founder seemingly confirmed a message that he was secretly welcoming twins in November 2021.
“Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis. A collapsing birth rate is by far the greatest threat facing civilization,” Musk, 51, said. tweeted among the news.
Cannon, 41, then chimed in, tweeting to Musk, “Right there with you, my brother! .”
The former ‘Wild ‘n Out’ host made the joke just a day after a report surfaced that Musk quietly welcomed twins late last year with Shivon Zilis – one of the billionaire’s top executives.
According to court documents obtained by Business Insider, the twins were born just weeks before Musk and his now-ex-girlfriend Grimes welcomed their second child, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl, via surrogate in December 2021. They also share a 2-year-old son X Æ A-Xii.
Musk’s children with Grimes join his five other living children – Griffin, Vivian Jenna, Kai, Saxon and Damian – whom he shares with ex-wife Justine Wilson.
In 2002, he and Wilson, who were married from 2000 to 2008, welcomed son Nevada Alexander. The baby died tragically of sudden infant syndrome, or SIDS, at just 10 weeks old.
Cannon, meanwhile, has a lot in common with Musk when it comes to fathering many children with different women.
The former Nickelodeon star confirmed in January that he is expecting his eighth child with Bre Tiesi.
He is already father to 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; 5-year-old son Golden “Sagon” and 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell; and 1-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa.
Like Musk, Cannon also tragically lost a child. The “Drumline” actor shared the heartbreaking news that he and Alyssa Scott’s 5-month-old son, Zen, died of brain cancer last year.
