Finally reunited.
Meghan Markle stepped out publicly on Saturday with Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.
The four were photographed seeing a vast sea of floral arrangements laid outside Windsor Castle in honor of the late monarch.
We are old, it was William who extended the invitation to his estranged brother and wife.
“We are all very grateful – both sides are putting everything aside for the Queen,” a royal source told Vidak For Congress exclusively.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex held hands as they watched the tribute and at one point Harry placed his hand lovingly on his wife’s back. They were photographed talking and pointing to various tributes as the crowd waved at them.
Saturday’s outing marked the first time the two couples had all appeared in public together since Commonwealth Day on March 9, an appearance marked by awkward greetings and grim faces.
The newly minted Prince and Princess of Wales were in touch with the benefactors.
A little Paddington Bear was given to William, who passed it on to an assistant. He was also seen lightly touching Kate’s back as she bent down to talk to a child standing outside the gate.
Earlier in the day, other members of the royal family gathered to look at floral arrangements and notes left for the queen. It was an emotional scene as two of the Queen’s granddaughters – Princess Eugenie and Zara Tindall – became visibly emotional at the outpouring for their beloved grandmother.
As Vidak For Congress previously reported, the Duchess of Sussex did not join her husband as he rushed to Scotland to see his grandmother before she died Thursday afternoon at the age of 96.
Harry, who flew in from an Invictus Games event in Germany, arrived hours after Her Majesty died.
Harry, King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla Parker Bowles and Prince William all made their way to Balmoral Castle after a royal family spokesman revealed the Queen’s health was declining rapidly on Thursday morning.
William’s wife, Kate Middleton, stayed behind in England to spend their first day at school with their children – Prince George (9), Princess Charlotte (7) and Prince Louis (4).
A royal expert speculated that Markle, 41, was not on the side of 37-year-old Harry because she feared his relatives would not respond kindly amid their feud.
“She may not be welcomed very warmly, to be completely open about it,” said BBC correspondent Nicholas Witchell.
Markle and Harry, who resigned from their royal duties and moved to California in 2020, were both in Germany when news of the Queen’s ailing health broke. While initial reports said the “Suits” alum would travel to the Queen’s bedside with her husband, Vidak For Congress later confirmed she was traveling alone to London and not Scotland.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have yet to make an official statement about the Queen’s death. However, they have paid their respects by making the website of their foundation, Archewell, disappear.

Harry and Markle last saw the Queen when they were in town for her Platinum Jubilee festivities in June. During that time, the monarch was able to meet their 1-year-old daughter, Lilibet, and also spend some quality time with their 3-year-old son, Archie.
A spokesman for the royal family announced that the Queen passed away on Thursday and has made way for Harry’s father, King Charles III, to take the throne.
The Queen’s death could mean Harry and Markle’s children will be given royal titles like Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, but only if the family follows tradition.
