Plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, who is divorcing Lisa Hochstein, star of Real Housewives of Miami, joked via Instagram on Sunday that juggling two women is his secret to losing weight.
His mother, Marina Hochstein, commented, “I can’t recognize you, looks like you’ve lost 20 pounds. Are you on a starvation diet?”, under a new photo, the “Boob God” posted of himself in front of a gate at Belvedere Palace in Vienna, Austria.
Lenny, 56, then replied, “Having a wife and girlfriend can be stressful,” implying that the chaotic situation has resulted in him skipping a few meals.
Marina wrote back, “Very interesting, I wouldn’t recommend that recipe to anyone, but somehow you look younger now,” asking her son for clarification, “just kidding mom.”
People in the comments section seemed to take sides on whether Lenny should stay with his wife and mother of his two children Lisa, 40, or move on with his younger girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, 26.
“maybe just pick the faithful wife and not the interchangeable girlfriend…can’t wait to meet the next one in 5 years,” one user wrote.
However, another added: “love the girlfriend!!!!!”
Lenny was spotted with Mazepa in Miami in May amid rumors the famed doc and “RHOM” star broke up. A divorce announcement had not yet been made public at the time.
However, Mazepa has since maintained that she is not the reason for the couple’s divorce.
The Austrian model accuses Lisa of creating fake Instagram profiles to cyberbully her.
The Bravolebrity disputed the claim, recently telling Vidak For Congress, “I don’t have time for Katharina’s childish antics and accusations. They are false and show her true colors and motifs.”
She added: “I have my kids to focus on and I try to keep them away from her and this negativity. None of these allegations are true.”
Lenny and Lisa have been married since 2009 and share a daughter, Elle, 2, and son, Logan, 6.
