Kris Jenner has an endless love for Kathy Hilton, despite Lisa Rinna’s apparent attempts to drive a wedge between the socialites.
“💕💕💕💕💕💕💕,” the “Kardashians” star commented Tuesday under Hilton’s Instagram photo, debuting her “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 12 reunion dress.
For the next few episodes, the Bravolebrity went with a hot pink Oscar de la Renta number for a look she cheekily called “Barbiecore.”
“Humour us. Team Kath or Team Rinna?” a social media user responded to Jenner, 66, prompting several fans to claim that the momager’s comment seems to confirm that her long-standing friendship with Hilton remains strong.
Many others saw the irony in the comment given Rinna’s behavior this season — including refusing to order the tequila Hilton and her family invest in, Casa Del Sol, in favor of drinking her “friend” Kendall Jenner’s brand, 818 Tequila.
“Rinna is crying [right now]’, one fan joked under Kris’s comment, while another called Rinna a ‘fool’.
It was during the recently aired “RHOBH” cast trip to Aspen that the former soap star, 59, defiantly asked a bartender to pour her a shot of Kris’ daughter’s booze, despite Hilton’s pleas to let the group sip on Casa. DelSol.
“I can’t fucking believe what she just said,” a “f-king pissed off” Hilton, 63, muttered to herself before going to sister Kyle Richards and saying, “I’m ready to just go home.”
Hilton left hastily and suffered a seemingly unrelated collapse at a club later that night. Despite their previous tiff, Rinna was the one to accompany her out of the room, into a car, and back to where the ladies were staying – none of that was filmed.
According to the actress, the socialite went on a diatribe, speaking disparagingly of everyone in the “RHOBH” cast, targeting her sister specifically.
“It leads me to believe that my order of the Kardashian-Jenner tequila got her going,” Rinna reflected in a later confessional. “Because Kathy is so damn jealous of the Kardashians.”
Kris and Hilton’s daughters, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, were best friends at the time. Rinna’s daughter, Amelia Hamlin, is in the same modeling circles as Kendall and was also in a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick.
