Kate Mara and Jamie Bell are expecting their second child together.
The actress announced the exciting news via Instagram on Sunday that she is pregnant.
“There are three of us in this photo,” Mara, 39, captioned a paparazzi photo of her and her husband, 36, on the way.
Within minutes, their celebrity friends went to the comments section to congratulate them and send them well wishes.
“The cats out of the bag,” wrote famed fashion designer Johnny Wujek. “Johnny is another fairytale father. I can not wait. Congratulations my loves.”
Jenna Dewan gushed, “Aww congratulations, love!!!!😍😍😍,” while Octavia Spencer wrote: “Congratulations!!!”
Mara and Bell met on the set of “Fantastic Four” in 2014 and sparked romantic rumors after they were spotted together at the 2015 Met Gala. They became engaged in early 2017 and tied the knot in Los Angeles in July of that year.
The duo welcomed their first child together, a girl, in May 2019, but have not yet announced her name publicly. Shortly after, Mara revealed on Dr. Berlin that she had a miscarriage three months after her first pregnancy.
“The wait was the worst,” she explained at the time. “Everything took so much time, so by the time it was all over, I mean I was already three months pregnant or something, even though I wasn’t actually pregnant. It just dragged away forever.”
Before meeting his current wife, Bell was briefly married to Evan Rachel Wood from 2012 to 2014. He and the star of “Westworld” share an 8-year-old son, Jack Matfin Bell.
