Looks like Kanye West isn’t holding his breath for Kim Kardashian to take him back now that the Skims founder is single again.
Yeezy’s CEO, 45, was photographed Friday hanging out with a mysterious woman in Malibu, California, as he met designers and contractors at his $57.3 million estate, which is under construction.
West reportedly bought the property in September 2021 amid his divorce from Kardashian, 41, and the 3,665-square-foot beachfront property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The concrete-heavy house was designed by award-winning self-taught architect Tadao Ando, but it looks like the “Good Life” rapper wants to make a few more tweaks.
While visiting his Malibu mansion, West was seen entering the house with his new girlfriend, who was dressed in an oversized black hoodie, a baby blue matching set and a pair of black kitten heels. Meanwhile, he was also casual in a black hoodie, shorts and cap.
The unidentified woman seemed to feel at home as she posed on the property’s balcony and at one point casually checked her phone.
It’s unclear if West and the brunette are in a romantic relationship, as they showed no affection during their hangout.
A representative for West did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
While enjoying the company of other women in real life, West takes to social media to let the world know his true feelings about the mother of his four children who is back in the market.
The “Praise God” rapper posted to Instagram a now-deleted photo of a fake New York Times front page with the headline “SKETE DAVIDSON DEATH AT AGE 28”.
He then took it down after sources close to Kardashian told Vidak For Congress that the “Kardashians” star was “furious” with her ex-husband over the mail.
Kanye is back to his old habits and Kim will not tolerate his bullying towards the people she loves and cares about,” an insider said at the time.
“Kim and Kanye have had such a positive co-parenting space and communication lately.”
West and Kardashian were married from 2014 to March 2022, when they were declared legally unmarried. They share four children: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Kardashian has only had one high-profile romance since breaking up with Pete Davidson. Meanwhile, West has dated “Uncut Gems” star Julia Fox and most recently with model Chaney Jones.
Though Kardashian and Davidson are officially over, a source recently told Vidak For Congress that the divorce of West’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” alum is still “moving forward.”
