Julia Roberts mixes fashion with family.
The ‘Ticket to Paradise’ actress attended the London premiere of her new film on Wednesday, dressed in a shimmering Alexander McQueen dress with a special sentimental touch.
While the original runway look was embroidered with the McQueen team’s initials, Roberts’ modified version featured those of her husband, Daniel Moder, and their children — son Henry, 15, and 17-year-old twins Phinnaeus and Hazel.
The black Chantilly lace dress also included her children’s birthdays and Roberts and Moder’s wedding year: 2002.
The embroidery was done with metal thread, beads and sequins, and Roberts, 54, topped it off with a black short silk tuxedo jacket for a menswear twist.
The rom-com queen was adorned with “Pretty Woman”-worthy Chopard diamonds, including a dazzling ring and 18-karat white gold earrings with 10.89-carat stones.
Roberts posed on the red carpet next to her longtime boyfriend (and “Ticket to Paradise” co-star) George Clooney, who looked delightfully smart in his navy three-piece suit.
Clooney’s wife, Amal, shone in a form-fitting beaded dress with Cartier jewels.
Roberts is known for being tight-lipped about her family, making her latest sartorial pick a sweet way to show them some love in public.
