Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck said “I do” for the second time on Saturday at a lavish ceremony at Affleck’s estate in Riceboro, Georgia.
The lovebirds – who first tied the knot in Las Vegas last month – welcomed A-listen like Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel, along with talent agent Patrick Whitesell, Australian model Pia Miller and “Jay and Silent Bob” star Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes.
Damon took a private jet to Georgia on Friday with wife Luciana Barroso, a source previously shared with Vidak For Congress, while Affleck’s younger brother, Casey, and ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, both failed to show up at the three-day event, despite receiving invitations. .
Inside the reception area, a neon “Mr. and Mrs. Affleck” sign adorned one wall, while several wooden planks were placed on the floor that read: “Love Always Hopes And Always Keeps,” “Love Never Fails” and “Love Protects always, she always trusts’.
Miller shared a series of clips on her Instagram story throughout the night, which featured beautiful fireworks and a short video of herself on the dance floor.
The wedding even served as a reunion for Mewes and Smith, who posed for a moment with their wives, Jordan Monsanto and Jennifer Schwalbach Smith.
“Dressed as f-… @jenschwalbach, @jaymewes & @jordanmonsanto in town,” Smith captioned a photo of the group in their all-white ensembles.
“This is as formal as I’ve been dressed since maybe my First Communion when I was 7,” the director joked.
Meanwhile, former Mrs. Affleck, Garner, was all smiles as she skipped the celebration in favor of visiting Sam’s Club.
The actress was photographed at the store in South Charleston, W.Va. just before 4 p.m. on Saturday, TMZ reported.
Photos obtained by the outlet showed the actress rocking a casual ensemble while shopping with her father and her businessman boyfriend, John Miller.
Garner’s children, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, were not in tow, as they spent the weekend celebrating their father’s renewed romance with the “Let’s Get Loud” singer.
The Afflecks first said “I do” in a quiet ceremony in Las Vegas in July after obtaining a marriage license from Clark County, NV. The next day, Lopez took to her “On The JLo” newsletter to share details of the big day with fans.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out that love is patient. Twenty years of patience,” the actress from “Marry Me” gushed at the time.
“Last night we flew to Vegas, lined up for a permit with four other couples, all taking the same trip to the wedding capital of the world.”
She continued: “Behind us, two men were holding hands. In front of us was a young couple who, on their daughter’s second birthday, made the three-hour drive from Victorville – we all wanted the same thing – so that the world would recognize us as partners and declare our love to the world through the ancient and almost universal symbol of the marriage.”
Lopez added that she wore “an old movie dress” for her special day, and tied the knot in a “little chapel”.
The Bronx native met the Boston heartthrob in 2001 on the set of their movie “Gigli,” while Lopez was still married to her second husband, Cris Judd.
After their divorce in June 2002, “Bennifer” came about, with Affleck first proposing in 2002. Sadly, they never made it down the aisle the first time.
The pair then reunited in 2021 and it has been a whirlwind romance ever since.
