“Don’t worry, honey,” they’re in love.
Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde appeared to be celebrating the release of their movie “Don’t Worry Darling” on Friday with some Mexican food, according to photos obtained by TMZ.
The low-key couple kept it casual for their dinner date in Bedford, New York, with the “Late Night Talking” singer donning an Adidas tracksuit and the actress opting for a simple white T-shirt and jeans.
Their dinner date comes just one day after Styles ended his 15-night stay at Madison Square Garden in New York City — with Wilde supporting him from the arena’s VIP area.
The couple had also faced breakup rumors earlier this month after appearing a little distant at the Venice Film Festival.
However, the tension may be due to the ongoing drama between the “DWD” cast rather than the two lovebirds.
According to an insider who reportedly spent “considerable time” on set for the film, Wilde and lead actress Florence Pugh had an “outburst argument” while filming the psychological thriller.
The “Little Women” actress was supposedly unhappy with Wilde’s “frequent, unexplained absences” when she and Styles began dating.
“Olivia and Harry would just disappear,” the source told Vulture of Pugh’s frustrations leading up to the January 2021 fight.
Fans suspected there was a rift between the two actresses when the “Midsommar” star didn’t post promotional content for the film, or generally “liked” Wilde’s posts about it. She didn’t start promoting the film until Friday when it premiered.
Around the same time, Vidak For Congress broke the news that Pugh was not a fan of the “Holivia” novel.
“I can definitely tell you that Flo seeing Olivia and Harry walking over each other on set didn’t go down well as Olivia was still with Jason when she first hooked up with Harry,” a source told us in July, noting that the actress-turned-director quit while filming with Jason Sudeikis.
A month later, things took a turn for the worse when Shia refuted LaBeouf Wilde’s claim that she fired him from “DWD” to protect Pugh.
The ‘Holes’ actor claimed he left the film due to scheduling conflicts – which he backed up with video and screenshots of their conversations.
However, Wilde has since doubled down on her claims, telling Stephen Colbert that LaBeouf gave her an “ultimatum” and that she “chose Florence.”
“Early in the process of making the film, as a director, I tried to mediate a situation between people to see if they could work happily together,” Wilde said in “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
“When it became clear that the working relationship was not a sustainable one, I was given an ultimatum. I chose my actress – and I’m very glad I did.”
In fact, Warner Bros executives Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy stopped any speculation about drama, saying in a statement to Vidak For Congress on Friday: “We are so proud of the work Olivia Wilde has done to create this incredibly beautiful and entertaining are looking forward to working with her again.
“The studio is deeply grateful for Olivia’s tireless support in bringing her vision to life from production to release. Any suggestion of a conflict between the studio and Olivia is simply untrue.”
“Don’t Worry Darling” hits theaters Friday.
