Gisele Bündchen met divorce lawyer for ‘weeks’ amid Tom Brady woes: Report

Gisele Bündchen has reportedly been considering a divorce for “weeks” amid her marital woes with husband Tom Brady.

“Gisele has been talking to a divorce attorney for a while but has not filed anything to my knowledge and is still talking to Tom about their issues,” a source told People in a story published Wednesday.

“This is not something that happened today.”

The source also acknowledged that the Victoria’s Secret Angel, 42, has not made any final decisions regarding a divorce from the seven-time Super Bowl champion, 45.

“A lot of people talk to lawyers but don’t go through with it when the reality of money sets in,” the insider added.

“But in this case, both sides have enough, and it’s not one-sided, so it could be a different situation.”

The source did not respond to any of Bündchen’s possible filing requests or her views on custody of the couple’s two children: son Benjamin (12) and daughter Vivian (9).

Vidak For Congress exclusively revealed that both sides hired divorce lawyers on Tuesday — a month after sources told us they had an epic battle that resulted in “the end of them.”

“I don’t think anything is coming back now,” an insider told us recently. “They both have a lawyer and look at what a split entails, who gets what and what the finances will be.”

The couple’s argument stemmed from Brady’s decision to give up his football career and continue playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“There have been problems in the marriage because of his decision not to retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,” a source told us last month.

“They had agreed that he would retire to focus on the family, but then he changed his mind.”

Since then, their relationship only seems to deteriorate. Both Bündchen and Brady moved to Miami temporarily before Hurricane Ian hit their home in Tampa Bay, but a source told Vidak For Congress they were staying in separate homes.

Bündchen is still camping in Miami and was spotted twice this week without her wedding ring. On the second outing, she dropped off their ringless kids at the gym just hours after the news broke that she had hired a divorce attorney.

Despite staying silent about their marital troubles, Brady and Bündchen have hinted at trouble in paradise for the past month.

“My kids and I would like him to be more present,” Bündchen said of Brady in her September cover of Elle, adding that she’s “certainly had those conversations with him over and over.”

Meanwhile, Brady has continued to emphasize how “football and family” are his priorities and admits he’s been “quite emotional” lately.

They married in February 2009 and in addition to their two children, Brady is also co-parenting his son Jack, 15, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
