A fifth woman has come forward, claiming that Adam Levine started flirty conversation with her on social media.
Ashley Russell — who has a fitness Instagram account with just over 4,100 followers — claimed the Maroon 5 singer would check out her stories, like her posts, and even message her directly earlier this year.
In an article published in the DailyMail on Wednesday, the 21-year-old claimed he would message her “almost every night around 10pm.”
“I would check every time I posted a story, which was every day, and it was always viewed by him,” Russell, who was just 20 at the time, told the outlet.
“He would especially like loot stories and would always reply with something related to leg or loot day at the gym.”
In a series of screenshots documenting the alleged conversations between Levine, 43, and Russell, he first wrote to her: “‘Leg day. The most important and easiest to skip.”
Later in their conversation, he is said to have asked her, “You’re a student, aren’t you?” before adding, “Nice work on your legs. #stakes.”
Russell told the outlet that she thought it was “weird” that Levine would reportedly talk to her, but she wanted to continue their conversation to see how far she could take him.
She claimed: “He said he found me through his Discover Page on Instagram because he’s ‘big in fitness’ and I have a fitness account. I knew it was weird so I wanted to keep going and see if it got any worse. .”
“When I told him he was going to get caught DMing girls like me, he stopped texting,” she claimed.
Despite not speaking to her anymore, the singer would still watch her Stories.
“I think this is the true meaning of disrespect for a woman. It makes me very sad that he is married and doing this immature thing,” she told the outlet, adding that she thought it was strange that he was with her. spoke “given his age and [that] he is married.”
“I wonder what are” [feed] looks like… all young women? Very strange for me,” she concluded.
A Levine representative did not immediately respond to Vidak For Congress’s request for comment.
Russell joins four other women who have filed a claim against the expectant father of three.
The first wife, Instagram model Sumner Stroh, said she felt “exploited” after having an affair with the “Girls Like You” singer while he was married to his wife Behati Prinsloo.
She also exclusively claimed to Vidak For Congress that she and Levine were in a “physical” relationship after she “graduated in 2021.”
However, Levine immediately denied Stroh’s claims, saying he was “not having an affair” but “crossed the line during a deplorable period of my life.”
“I used poor judgment to talk to anyone other than my wife in ANY flirty way,” the father of two also admitted.
After Stroh made her claims public, two more women chanted “Memories” to the singer.
A woman named Alyson Rose shared in a now-deleted TikTok video a message Levine allegedly sent her that read, “I shouldn’t be talking to you, you know. [that] However ?”
Then a comedian named Maryka took to her Instagram story on Tuesday to share her alleged DMs with Levine, which in part read, “I’m obsessed with you now.”
Finally, his former yoga instructor Alanna Zabel claimed he told his friends she had the “best butt in town and it was cute.”
“One day he texted me and said, ‘I want to spend the day naked with you,'” she further claimed.
The ‘Sugar’ singer has not directly addressed the claims of the last four women.
Levine has been married to Prinsloo, 34, since 2014, and they share two daughters: Dusty Rose, 5, and Gio Grace, 4. The couple announced earlier this month that they are expecting their third child.
The model is reportedly “very upset” about the claims, but she has chosen to stay by his side as they were seen together on Tuesday and in good spirits.
