“How many (stupid) f-ks” does she give?
On Wednesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Erika Jayne called her castmates “dumb f-ks” after an explosive fight during the ladies’ trip to Aspen.
The “Pretty Mess” author’s comments came after Crystal Kung Minkoff, Garcelle Beauvais, and Kyle Richards encouraged her to show condolences to the victims allegedly looted from settlement funds by estranged husband Tom Girardi.
“Why do I catch the sins of someone from whom I am separated?” asked Jayne, 51, before her friends Diana Jenkins and Lisa Rinna started escorting her out of Richards’ ski lodge in Colorado.
“I’m not fucking going into what s–t. Caving because people think I should feel somehow,” the “XXPEN$IVE” singer continued as she exited her departure. “Let it play in court!”
Jayne vocally refuted the idea that she should “take responsibility” for “s–t I didn’t do”, telling her co-stars, “I pray to god damn it, your s-t doesn’t end like mine. ”
Rinna, out to get Jayne in the car, stepped in and said, “Let’s go.”
The Pretty Mess Hair founder said she would have stayed all night to “fight these f–king bitches” — but ended up leaving the premises as Rinna suggested.
From the outside of Richards’ cottage, Jayne then yelled, “F–k you all! What about the facts, stupid f–ks?”
In December 2020, Girardi, 83 – now an Alzheimer’s disease and dementia patient living in a memory care center – and Jayne were charged by Edelson PC for alleged misappropriation of funds intended for the families affected by the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash of 2018.
Jayne – who filed for divorce from the disgraced lawyer a month earlier – denied the charges against her and was dismissed from the fraud case in January 2022.
Jayne is said to have received $25 million from Girardi’s former firm, Girardi & Keese, to cover her luxurious lifestyle over a 12-year period. However, she claims that she knew nothing of Girardi’s alleged misdeeds.
Jayne scored a major legal victory in August when a judge found she had no “factual knowledge” of Girardi’s alleged crimes, although she is still involved in other lawsuits.
“We expect other lawsuits against Erika accusing her of participating in some sort of ‘fraud’ to fail for the same reason – they are contrary to the truth and are not based on real evidence,” Jayne’s attorney said. , Evan C. Borges told us earlier.
Jayne spoke to Vidak For Congress in May and insisted she had “empathy” for Girardi’s alleged victims, despite her “RHOBH” outburst.
“I had empathy for them then, and I have empathy for them now,” she said at the time. “And I trust that they are taken care of.”
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
