Construction halts on Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen’s Miami mansion

It’s not just Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s wedding that’s on hold; construction of the troubled couple’s mansion in South Florida has been halted due to their impending divorce.

“There’s no telling what they’ll do with what their home should be forever,” an insider told The Post on Thursday, noting that last week’s Hurricane Ian also contributed to the building break.

The Post obtained never-before-seen floor plans of the couple’s Miami Beach estate, and it’s clear they’ve spared no detail.

In addition to the $17 million paid for the land by the NFL star and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel, The Post reports that construction cost them another $10.12 million.

The unfinished 1.8-acre site in the upscale Indian Creek Country Club community is said to contain three buildings: a custom two-story main building, a high-tech security post and a fully equipped gym.

The main residence alone would cover 17,000 square feet and have five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, including expansive his and hers bathroom suites.

The Post goes on to report that the family home would include a main kitchen and prep kitchen, an elevator, cinema, office, study and children’s area.

Outdoor amenities include an expansive lawn, outdoor kitchen, dining space, organic garden, yoga patio, meditation garden, several athletic fields, including a pickleball field, staff entrance, waste area, motorcycle track, swimming pool, poolside cabana, and a bubble bath.

In addition, the guest suite would have its own terrace.

As for the on-site gym, it would have all the bells and whistles, including an exercise deck, steam shower, locker room and massage room.

The highly secured neighborhood has been called ‘the most exclusive municipality in the world’ and is even called ‘Billionaire Bunker’.

A meager 34 homes sit atop the 300 acres of land, each with a view of the Biscayne Bay waterfront.

Earlier this week, Vidak For Congress broke the news that Brady, 45, and Bündchen, 42, had each hired a divorce attorney if they decided to legally quit. Within hours, the supermodel was spotted without her wedding ring.

Bündchen and the Tampa Bay quarterback Buccaneers — who have been married since 2009 and Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, plus Jack, 15, Brady’s son with Bridget Moynahan — have been living separately in recent months after an epic battle.
