Chloe Lattanzi Talks ‘Mourning’ 2 Weeks After Olivia Newton-John’s Death

Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi shared an emotional Instagram image about grief two weeks after the singer’s death.

“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all love you want to give but can’t,” the 36-year-old wrote Saturday accompanying the quote, attributed to Jamie Anderson, with a red heart emoji.

“All that unused love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love without a place to go.”

Lattanzi posted the floral image two weeks after the ‘Grease’ star lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 73.

The late actress’s husband, John Easterling, announced Newton-John’s passing in an August 8 Facebook post.

“A symbol of triumph and hope for over 30 years, Olivia shares her journey with breast cancer,” the 70-year-old businessman wrote at the time.

“Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience in plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, which is dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer,” Easterling continued, asking for “privacy” amid his family’s grief.

Lattanzi, for her part, posted an Instagram carousel of throwback photos that same day.

She wrote a lengthy message to her mother on August 9, calling her a “lighthouse” and a “safe space.”

Lattanzi wrote: “It was an honor for me and it is still my honor to be your baby and best friend. You are an angel on earth and everyone touched by you is blessed. I love you forever, my life giver, my teacher, my mama.”
