Bre Tiesi went back to the gym just a month after the birth of her and Nick Cannon’s son, Legendary Love Cannon.
The 31-year-old model posted an Instagram story Tuesday in which she was seen sitting on a Pilates reformer machine in a blue-lit room.
“And I’m backkkkk,” she captioned the video.
Tiesi, who gave birth to her son on June 28, announced his arrival on Monday with a series of photos and a “graphic” 11-minute YouTube video of the home birth.
The broker revealed that she had been in labor for more than 10 hours after trying various methods to induce labor.
She also explained that her son’s birth was not without complications because he needed “respiratory support” after his birth.
Legendary was born with his hand by his ear, giving him an elongated crown.
“I noticed he wasn’t crying,” the model said in her YouTube video, adding that the midwife used an air tube on the newborn. She called his cry “the best sound I’ve ever heard.”
Tiesi described the birth as “the most groundbreaking/painful moment yet completely empowering and beautiful.”
“The intensity of the birth takes over your whole body and I swear I was pushing so hard, screaming and crying I started to break, I started to doubt I could do it. I kept saying why will he don’t come, get him out,” she explained.
The new mom also created an Instagram account for Legendary and shared photos of an ultrasound and other videos of the nearly 1-month-old baby.
As for Cannon, Legendary’s birth was bittersweet.
Tiesi’s pregnancy was revealed just a month after his son with Alyssa Scott, Zen, died of brain cancer. He was just 5 months old.
Cannon is also father to twins Moroccan and Monroe, son Golden, daughter Powerful and twins Zion and Zillion.
