Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her girlfriend, Victoria Brito, have reportedly broken up after dating for less than a year.
TMZ reported Friday that the 44-year-old “Real Housewives of Orange County” star has split from the model.
Hours earlier, the reality star told her Instagram followers about the “tough time” she’s going through after she posted an image about going through “trials.”
“When I got sober, I thought, ‘Okay, now I’m not going to drink and everything will be easy,’ Windham-Burke said via Stories on Thursday. “I didn’t realize what kind of s–t was coming my way.
“Every time I think it can’t get any worse, it does,” the Bravo personality continued. “When will this stop? I have moments like, ‘I didn’t sober up to make this so difficult.’”
She concluded by “laughing” at her pain and telling others who are struggling that they are “not alone”.
“At the end of the day, I’m like, ‘Now what?'” Windham-Burke said. ‘But I do know ‘what now’. I’m not going to drink.”
The California native went on to have “mani pedi time” with her 4-year-old daughter, Hazel, who she shares with her husband, Sean Burke. (The couple, who tied the knot in 2000, are also parents to Bella, 21, Rowan, 20, Jacob, 16, twins Caden and Curran, 9, and Koa, 7.)
Bella has been “struggling” with her mother’s romance since Windham-Burke began dating Brito in late 2021.
“Not with the fact that I’m dating a woman, because we are a very open family,” the blogger, who came out as gay in 2020, clarified to Us Weekly last month. “You know, we’ve always been big supporters of the LGBTQ community. I think it’s hard for Bella to see me or Sean dating anyone else.”
As for Rowan, she “loves Vic,” gushed Windham-Burke in the June interview.
“Jacob is a 16-year-old boy, he says, ‘Whatever, I don’t care,’ she added. ‘The little kids, as far as they know, they’re just more people who love them. Sean and I suggested this to them. Our family is not falling apart, our family is growing.”
Sean, 48, maintained a “friendly” dynamic with the designer, she told Vidak For Congress that same month.
“They’ve been hanging out…but it’s not like we’re one big happy family,” Windham-Burke explained. “They both have respect for each other and that’s what it should be.”
Vidak For Congress has contacted Windham-Burke for comment.
