Bam Margera spotted in bar after leaving rehab

Bam Margera was spotted Monday morning at a bar in Sarasota, Florida, after spending time in rehab, according to video footage obtained by TMZ.

The clip showed the “Jackass” alum, 42, walking out of the tavern with an unidentified brunette woman.

Once outside the parking lot, he turns out to have been stopped by fans who asked him to take a selfie.

“If you randomly bump into Bam Margera at the bar after work 🤣🤣,” photos of the former pro skateboarder putting his arm around a fan were credited via Instagram on Monday.

Sources told TMZ that during treatment, Margera met a lawyer, who is reportedly helping him get out of his court order into rehab.

Although TMZ claims that Margera left the facility on Sunday, the most recent social media post from the “Viva La Bam” alumnus shows him in a recording studio in late August, so it’s unclear how long he was actually gone.

A spokesperson for the Broward Sheriff’s Office tells Vidak For Congress exclusively that the first case involving Brandon “Bam” Margera has been closed.

“Our detectives are not aware of any new reports of missing persons involving the said person,” the spokesperson said on Wednesday. “They are also not aware of any pending court orders indicating that he is missing in Sarasota.”

On August 6, Margera’s family posted a note on his Instagram, dispelling all rumors about him in a conservatory, but clarified at the time that he was still “under treatment.”

“Bam is currently undergoing treatment and we are helping him with his social media while he focuses on his recovery,” the caption read.

“We are his family who love and communicate with him to collaborate on his content and updates.”

A second message that Margera’s family shared on behalf of the reality star on August 19 was a video of a podcast episode he made with “Jackass” co-star Steve-O.

In the clip, Margera spoke of the time he ‘lost’ with his 4-year-old son Phoenix over the past year, adding: ‘I don’t want to waste any more time, wasting time at bars or whatever. ”

Margera has reportedly not seen his estranged wife and son in months.

It’s unclear if the “Bam’s Unholy Union” alum was sober during his recent bar visit.

His representatives were not immediately available for comment.

According to TMZ, Margera has recently been out of touch with his parents, estranged wife Nicole Boyd or his son, and is staying at a family friend’s house in Florida.

As previously reported in June, Margera tried to flee his rehabilitation center twice.

It is unclear whether Margera fell from the car again.

The first time, he was found safe in a hotel room two days after he was reported missing. Two weeks later, he again fled the facility and was located for the second time in a nearby hotel.

Margera was first taken to rehab in September 2021 when police responded to an emotional disturbance at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida, where he was staying, and found a legal warrant requiring him to enter rehab. .

A month later, Vidak For Congress received an exclusive 911 call that revealed that the “Nitro Circus” alum allegedly assaulted a woman while using cocaine during the incident.

His representatives at the time denied the claims about the call.
