Amal Clooney continues to undress husband George

In a court of law, Amal Clooney would be named the most glamorous lawyer of all time.

The superstar human rights lawyer stepped out in New York on Thursday night with husband George Clooney, dressed in a shimmering black Elie Saab sequined dress ($3,695) and gold-dipped Balmain heels.

The “Ocean’s Eleven” actor kept it casual in light washed daddy jeans and a navy blue polo shirt, with the gorgeous pair looking like they were going to two different events. (In fact, they were both on their way to dinner in downtown hotspot Locanda Verde.)

This isn’t the first time Amal, 44, has stepped up the glamor while George, 61, looked low key.

The leggy lawyer often looks like she just stepped off a runway in her gorgeous designer dresses and accessories, while the ‘Ticket to Paradise’ star sticks to the basics.

Earlier this month in London, Amal wore a Stella McCartney dress with yellow sequins ($1,042, originally $4,200), while George once again donned denim.

But that’s certainly not the case on the red carpet, where the founder of Casamigos always appears in smart tuxedos and soft suits.

George, who was famous for drinking and eating many Hollywood stars for decades before settling in, was introduced to Amal in 2013 by friends at a dinner party.

They married in 2014 in an elaborate ceremony in Venice, with the bride saying “I do” in an Oscar de la Renta gown before changing into a flap-style gown, not unlike her most recent reception look.

Now the pair are proud parents to 5-year-old twins Ella and Alexander, and the “ER” star is clearly dressing the part.

But if anyone can put on daddy jeans, it’s George Clooney.
