Adam Devine does not want to be confused with Adam Levine.
The “Pitch Perfect” star took to social media on Friday to set the record after people mistook him for the Maroon 5 frontman amid his fake scandal.
“Just want to post this and say my wife @chloebridges and I are doing great and being strong,” Devine, 38, captioned an Instagram photo of him and Chloe Bridges, whom he married in October 2021.
“I am not Adam Levine. He’s a different man and a worse singer,” he joked. “However, we call our future baby Sumner.”
Devine – along with many other social media users – has been digging up Levine, 43, since he was accused of cheating on his wife, Behati Prinsloo, with Instagram model Sumner Stroh.
The 23-year-old model went viral on TikTok earlier this week after she revealed she was having an affair with a “man who is married to a Victoria’s Secret model.”
Stroh told Vidak For Congress exclusively that the “physical” affair happened “last year” after she graduated.
In the video, Stroh claimed that the “Memories” crooner contacted her in June and asked if she was okay with him naming his soon-to-be child after her.
However, Levine immediately denied the allegations, saying that while he “crossed a line” by sending Stroh flirty messages, it never went beyond that.
“I used my judgment to talk to anyone other than my wife in ANY flirtatious way,” the “Payphone” singer said in a statement.
“I haven’t had an affair, yet I crossed the line during a deplorable period of my life,” he wrote, adding that his family is all he cares about.
The couple – who married in 2014 – share daughter Dusty Rose, 5, and Gio Grace, 4, and are expecting their third child.
Since Stroh’s initial allegations on Monday, four more women have come forward with claims that the “Moves Like Jagger” singer sent them inappropriate messages while they were dating.
In the now-deleted TikTok, Alyson Rose shared flirty messages she received from the singer, who even admitted that he “shouldn’t talk” with the model.
Another woman, fitness model Ashley Russell, shared a similar experience when the father of two complimented her physique.
“He would especially like loot stories and would always reply with something to do with a leg or loot day at the gym,” 21-year-old Russell told the DailyMail.
“When I told him he was going to get caught DMing girls like me, he stopped texting,” she said.
While Prinsloo is reportedly “very upset” over the recent allegations, the pair appear to be putting together a united front as they’ve seen in Los Angeles.
Though the pair seemed all smiles on their outing, some fans think Prinsloo sent a message through her attire.
The supermodel was spotted in a pink tank top printed with the word “Love” next to a coiled snake – a possible hint at her husband’s snake-like behavior.
